Quality

Facts/Info

Dan-Form has high quality demands for all materials used in our production in order to obtain a high quality level on all products. Dan-Form only uses quality A+B veneers for our bentwood inside, and A1 top grade outside.

Dan-Form uses a Polyurethane lacquer on all chair shells which is the strongest possible and most expensive lacquer type that can be used. During production all units go through several quality control tests in the different production units. By the end every single chair seat has been tested for strength and quality. Leather types used in our production varies from regenerated leather, split leather to top grade leather.

The steel we use includes basic steel, stainless, brushed or surface treated with paint, chrome and matt chromed. All of our production staff are highly trained and skilled.

Environment

Dan-Form promotes and enforces environmentally friendly procedures at all stages of the production process, from suppliers and raw materials to the sale and distribution of the finished products.

Among Dan-Forms many policies include using wood from re- grown forests, using recycled packaging materials, using only E1 approved glue and paints and much more.

Dan-Form is constantly testing new production methods that can make the company even greener. At the moment we are currently researching water based lacquers, minimum chromium use and new waste systems. It is Dan-Forms policy not to use child labour at any of its production stages, and demand the same policy from all supplyers of raw materials to Dan-Forms production.
